Our extended warranty options include coverage for accidental damage, loss, and theft.
For any extended warranty claim, the customer will be charged 120 EUR to repair or replace the device.
In case of device malfunction covered by the manufacturer's warranty, the customer can request a replacement device for the entire duration of the repair, which will be charged at 50 EUR/request.

By accessing our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. SecureTech provides high-performance hardware, secure tracking, and comprehensive protection plans denominated in EUR. Our technical support is available to all registered device owners.
Our all inclusive protection plans include coverage for accidental damage, mechanical failures, and screen repairs. We specialize in rapid recovery and provide security-first software updates for the duration of the plan coverage. Registered devices with active tracking enabled are eligible for theft and loss claims. Claims require immediate reporting to local law enforcement and SecureTech support within 24 hours of the incident. SecureTech prioritizes repair over replacement; all components are processed through a certified circular economy recycling stream.
SecureTech adheres strictly to the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving their device without justification. Devices must be returned in their original, sealed packaging to maintain security integrity.
Protection plans that have been activated or customized encryption certificates are non-refundable once the service has been initiated or the 14-day withdrawal period has lapsed. All hardware sold comes with a statutory 2-year warranty against defects in conformity, as mandated by legal requirements within the European Union.
